Our Story
About Us
On Kohat Road since 2012.
Our Story
Built for this community
Ali Public School was founded in 2012 as a high school set in the southern outskirts of Peshawar, on Kohat Road, and surrounded by the beautiful Masho Gaggar countryside. We offer a strong academic curriculum, broad co-curricular opportunities, excellent care, and a clear sense of values.
The School is split into two sections: Girls & Junior Section and Boys & Senior Section. At the age of 3, we welcome our students in the Girls & Junior Section, where boys and girls are co-educated up to the age of 8. When boys reach the age of 9, in Class 4, they move to the Boys & Senior Section, while girls continue to stay in their own section. Our pupils, both boys and girls, can continue their education with us until completion of F.Sc, aged 18.
At Ali Public School our motto is “Quality in Everything.” We live by it in delivering quality education at the doorstep of the community we serve. Our aim is to provide the right environment for nurturing the intellectual and character-building aspects of our students — we “mine for gold” in each child, encouraging them to succeed on the pathway that's right for them.
Our primary focus is on developing the whole person. Creative, social, emotional, and confidence development are as important to us as academic achievement. Our guiding values are care, compassion, challenge, fulfilment, and commitment, and our small class sizes ensure that every child is known and cared for.

Our Approach
What makes us different
What makes us different
Since our inception, leadership has been on the curriculum at Ali Public School. Not everyone will go on to be a leader in the conventional sense, but all will certainly have vital or leading roles to play within teams and will face responsibility. Fostering the qualities and instilling the values one would expect to find in effective leaders and communicators remains one of the most distinctive features of our School. The 'can do' approach so evident in Ali Public School owes much to the priority we give to applauding involvement and encouraging all students to expand the range of their experiences and skills.
Teaching and learning
There is both a strong work ethic and high academic expectation at Ali Public School so that students from across a broad range of ability achieve outstanding results. The engine for this is a common room of distinguished teaching staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Many students are helped in work organisation and to improve literacy skills by a Learning Support Department.
Values & responsibility
At Ali Public School certain core values are prioritised. These values are kindness, moral courage, responsibility for oneself and for others, and integrity as providing the foundation for a life that is achieving and at the same time selfless and meaningful. The responsibilities owed by those living in a community are wide ranging. Our pupils can expect to be challenged and taught what it means to lead and to be led by others. They will be shown kindness and will quickly come to recognise and appreciate the rewards that follow personal industry, moral courage, integrity, selflessness, resilience and initiative.

What We Stand For
Our core values
Kindness
An act of kindness is a spontaneous gesture of goodwill towards someone or something — our fellow humans, the animal kingdom, and the kingdom of nature. Kind words and deeds come from a state of benevolence, generated by a core response deep within all of us.
Responsibility
A responsibility is something you're required to do as an upstanding member of the school. If you're in a class, it's your responsibility to learn the lessons and show up to practice on time.
Integrity
Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. It is generally a personal choice to uphold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards. In ethics, integrity is regarded by many people as honesty and truthfulness.
Selflessness
Selfless is the opposite of selfish. If you're selfless, you think less about your self, and more about others — you're generous and kind. Being selfless is similar to being altruistic: giving to others without looking for personal gain.
Personal Industry
Being hard working by displaying diligence in labouring and putting effort into doing and completing tasks.
Resilience
Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress — such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems or work stress. It means 'bouncing back' from difficult experiences.
Initiative
Initiative is the power or ability to begin or to follow through energetically with a plan or task; enterprise and determination. By taking the right initiatives you can overcome various hurdles in your life.
Moral Courage
Moral courage is a highly esteemed trait displayed by individuals who are capable of making the distinction between right and wrong and who, despite adversity and personal risk, always stand for what is right.

Maj (R) Manzur Hussain Qureshi
Ali Public School & College believes in providing every opportunity for its pupils to embrace academic, sporting and creative excellence within an aspirational and caring environment. An environment in which happiness is the key to an individual's success.
I am delighted to join Ali Public School and would like to take this opportunity for sharing my thoughts with the students, teachers, parents and all stakeholders of the School. Let me assure you that everyone at Ali Public School is fully committed to the cause of education. I would like each and every one of us to be the living embodiment of the School's operating motto of Quality in Everything. Our ultimate aim is to be the foundations for enlightenment and guidance in the right path. The management and teaching faculty is steadfast in its determination to make Ali Public School the best educational institution in Peshawar. I am confident that the parents, guardians and members of wider community are just as keen in realising this vision.
Parents Say
In their words
“It's a school, a first of its kind in Peshawar and particularly in Badabher area, where the entire staff is qualified and none of them is less than a Master's degree holder. Almost 6 of my family children are students in this school and I really regret not admitting them in this school earlier. All the other schools in the area are just working for business and have no cause of educating the area's children. Ali Public School is almost levelling international standards in an area like Badabher, which is a big achievement.”
“APS is a symbol of quality and standard located in a remote area. This is like a blessing for the parents and kids as it offers standard education on their doorstep. APS does not compromise on quality education and character building. Wishing the very best of luck for the whole team and especially the founder.”
“Best institution for education. Best opportunity for students. APS is a great institution in Peshawar.”

Our Crest
Every mark on it means something
The Shield
The navy shield is the base of our crest — a symbol of protection and a stable foundation for every child who studies here.
The Wreath
Two branches of green wrap around the shield like a wreath of achievement — growth, not just grades, is what we're building.
The Torch
A single flame in gold sits at the top of the crest, standing for the light of knowledge that guides every student forward.
The Motto
"Quality in Everything" — the promise the whole school is measured against, and the line that sits at the heart of everything we do.
