Initiative is the power or ability to begin or to follow through energetically with a plan or task; enterprise and determination. By taking right initiatives you can overcome various hurdles in your life.
Moral courage is a highly esteemed trait displayed by individuals who are capable of making the distinction between right and wrong and who, despite adversity and personal risk, always stand for what is right.
